WILD YAM CREAM

This lightweight topical cream is a concentrated source of plant estrogens, which is beneficial for the skin and additionally promotes a general feeling of wellbeing. Each 1g contains active ingredients 15% wild yam extract equivalent to 450mg fresh wild yam root.

Ritual: Massage approximately ½ teaspoon (3-5g) to abdomen, chest, stomach, neck, breasts, inner thighs and inner arms twice daily, rotating the applications (for each application massage into a different area).

Key Actives:

• Dioscorea Villosa (Wild Yam) rich in plant-estrogens, (1g contains 15% wild yam extract; 450mg fresh wild yam root)
• Vitex Agnus-Castus (Chaste Tree) and  Trifolium pratense (Red Clover) both brimming with phyto-estrogens
