Shipping policy

  • Orders are dispatched from our farm within 1 to 3 working days, and transit times vary between 1 to 5 working days. Please note delays may occur due to Covid-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes at Australia Post.
  • We can add products to your order after it has been placed providing the order has not been dispatched. Please send any order queries to admin@hahndorfcreekdayspa.com along with the order number.  Conversely if you need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible.
