Refund policy

  • We want you to enjoy every aspect of your skincare experience with us, and we are deeply committed to ensuring the very best care. Although we firmly believe in the high standard of our line, we understand everyone has unique requirements. Please let us know as soon as possible, within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • Please choose carefully, we cannot issue refunds on personal care products due to change of mind, as these products cannot be reused once opened. If a product is broken or faulty, we will provide you with a store credit.
  • Refunds are assessed on an individual basis, and can only be submitted via email. If there is a basis for a refund, the products must be returned to our PO Box (ensuring the product is properly wrapped and protected or refund may be voided if product is broken). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The returned product then undergoes thorough testing, so please allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing.
