ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

We suggest you carefully note the product description and directions for use before use.

We are not liable for a reaction to any ingredient, therefore if you have a specific sensitivity or allergy, please read the ingredients list carefully and avoid products containing that ingredient.

If you are unsure or if you have had skin reactions before, please try an allergy patch test first and discontinue use if any reaction occurs.

DISPATCH TIME FROM OUR FARM

Orders are dispatched from our farm within 1 to 3 working days, and transit times vary between 1 to 5 working days. Please note delays may occur due to Covid-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes at Australia Post

We can add products to your order after it has been placed, providing the order has not been dispatched. Please send any order queries to care@avaskincare.com.au along with the order number. Conversely if you need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

We want you to enjoy every aspect of your skincare experience with us, and we are deeply committed to ensuring the very best care. Although we firmly believe in the high standard of our line, we understand everyone has unique requirements. Please let us know as soon as possible, within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

Please choose carefully, we cannot issue refunds on personal care products due to change of mind, as these products cannot be reused once opened. If a product is broken or faulty, we will provide you with a store credit.

Refunds are assessed on an individual basis, and can only be submitted via email. If there is a basis for a refund, the products must be returned to our PO Box (ensuring the product is properly wrapped and protected or refund maybe voided if product is broken). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The returned product then undergoes thorough testing, so please allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing.
