Ritual: Massage small amount into aching muscles. For relaxation or a good night’s sleep, rub into chest area before bed.
Results: Easing muscle pain as well as less tension in general.
Extra Results: Blend a small amount of Magnesium Cream with a handful of Epsom salts and swirl into a warm bath to release the tension-easing essential oils before slipping in.
